Fine; however, the IIgs does not have an RF output.

The IIgs has an RGB output for the RGB monitor and a composite
video output via the standard RCA type connector. Composite video is
'direct video' like the kind which comes from the yellow "Video Out"
output on a VCR.

All Apple II's include at least a composite video output. None
offer built-in RF output-- no great loss, since composite video is
better.

Your Sony TV probably has an Input for composite video. Usually
this input is a plain RCA type jack coded yellow and called something
like "Video In".

The cable used to connect from the computer to the TV can be a
short 'hi fi' cable or a fancy video-quality cable with gold-plated
plugs. To view the computer screen, you will probably select "VCR" (or
"VCR-1" or "VCR-2") via your Sony remote.
