Thank you Steve and Max for your comments.  There is(was) a brief thread
in the apple2 forum on Delphi expressing this same feeling of desire for
the csa2 community and developers to get along better, support each other,
and quit exchanging sharp comments towards the "other" side.  Criticism
and discussion of features/bugs can be done in a polite manner.
 
As some of you may notice, I have posted in csa2 recently.  With the change
of ground from the isca to ecn domain, I can now post from ground! :-)
(Actually the two are unrelated, but a bug in posting followups wasn't
fixed until the domain switched.  Now my newsreader works well again.)

Thanks to the apple2 community for supporting ground.
