Card identification

I bought a whole bunch of unidentified cards recently. I know how much
csa2'ers enjoy these exercises and hopefully somebody can help.
Card 1:
7.25" long, no markings except for S/N 132489. 2 * PROMs labelled EO and
FO, lots of logic and a processor(?) Hitachi HD68B09EP.
I guess it is some sort of co-processor, but I looked at "The Mill" on
Tony Diaz's pages and it's not the same.
Card 2:
7.5" long, 8 chips marked MB8116 plus lots of logic. Most chips dated
1984. There are no markings, no switches, no external connectors...
