Freaking everywhere.  The difference between files RFDRIVER1.1 and
RFDRIVER1.2 is just that one, file RF.SCSI2, which is found separately
on Ground, apple.cabi.net, and so forth.

Now what I wanna know...  apple.cabi.net has something listed called
SCSI2.CD300, which doesn't contain a second (CD-300) driver.  Did
Jawaid ever write a CD-300 driver, or is it incorporated into SCSI2?
