You can usually find chips anywhere someone is scrapping out PCs. Look
for memory chips with the number ending in 256.  Look on the chips on
your card to see exactly what to look for. Be sure to install them in the
right direction and put jumpers on the memory select pins on the lower
front of the cards. Run a memory when you are done to insure that all 
works properly.
