Splash screen any program

          Splasher 3.00


Splasher is a program for adding a splash screen to a program.  The previous
versions only let programmers add a splash screens to a program they had
written.  But with 3.00  Splash Editor ( a user  program  for for choosing the
graphic and sound to splash) anyone can add a splash screen to any program
launched from GSOS.  Including Prodos System, applesoft basic and binary
files.  Now there is no reason for any program not to have a great start.
