     Any paint program which allows using "paddles" or a joystick will
work with Koala Pad. As for a good freeware or shareware hi-res or
double-hires IIe paint program, I do not recall ever coming across one.


     You can find several good IIe commercial paint programs on Asimov

816 Paint/IIe is the best painter for an enhanced IIe. It supports both
mouse and Koala Pad.
