Connecting my modem to ][e

I have an old 2400 baud SupraModem with a 25 pin RS232 connector in the
back.  What sort of cable do I need to hook this beast up to the SuperSerial
card on my apple, and where could I get one?

Also, which slot should that card go in for use with a modem?
