Robotic modem


I just bought a used Robotics Sportstar 14.4 external modem for
my Apple IIc+.  I plugged it in & it does not work (lights work).
Maybe the 8 dip switches are not in the right positions.  Do you
know how the dip switches should be set ?  Thanks.
