Evidently, PFS File is a Pascal-based system. One idea is to get
your stuff into ProDOS form first and, then, deal with arranging and
transferring the data.

On a IIe, you can use CHAMELEON to convert Pascal files. (On a IIgs
running System 6.0.1 with the standard Pascal FST, you could just
transfer the files to a ProDOS diskette under the Finder.)

Some time ago, Cyrus Roton answered a similar question and
mentioned PFS.CONVERT as a possible solution. You can find both
CHAMELEON (as CHAMELEON.SHK) and PFS.CONVERT on the Apple II Ground
archive site at ...

ftp://128.255.21.234/apple2/apple8/Utils/

Once the data is in some form the PC can deal with (like ASCII text
in a ProDOS text file), you can transfer it to your PC via a NULL modem
connection.

For info on using .SHK files and NULL modem transfers you can just
post questions here on Csa2 or download the csa2T1tcom.txt and
csa2T2tcom.txt FAQs files from Ground at ...

ftp://ground.isca.uiowa.edu/apple2/Faqs

and, then, post any questions!
