Can i find software for the apple lI?

Hi, my name is Stijn, my Englisch is not so good, but i try to make my
question:

I have a Apple II found, but i have no software for the aplle, i have try to
download programs for the apple, but the machine (the apple) can it not
read, ik have just a disk, but it is not dos (i think), i can read floppies,
how can i compile the programs of my pc to a apple II, i have read that
there is a program to compile these files, where can i find that, and where
can i find programs for the apple II ?

My interesting is:

Games
Visicalc (can you find that on the internet?)
Useful programs
