ProDOS diskreader for PC?

I am charged with converting an Appleworks database to a Win95
database format.  I can't read the disk.  Someone one on another list
mentioned using kermit and a serial or null modem connection to make
the transfer (hoping there is mostly ascii text in the file...).  Is
there program that let's a PC read a ProDOS disk?  Is there one for a
MAC?  From Mac to PC is not a problem.  Can any Mac drives read ProDOS
disks?

Anyone got any ideas?
