GEOS, a nifty GUI OS borrowed from the C64.  Actually, the IIe
version is very similar to the C128 version.

It has a System folder and everything.  You can even install drivers
to use Postscript printers such as the LaserWriters on the IIe
with it.  Once installed, ALL GEOS programs will make use of it.
It was a genuine GUI OS.  Sadly, efforts to reclassify it as freeware
have yet come to fruition.  Who did the Commodore people talk to
in Geoworks to buy the rights to the OS?
