Yes; Nathan does not control ground, but he does control
TurkeyshootGS since he wrote it.  According to the posts on
dejanews, he has forbidden TurkeyshootGS from being uploaded
to the ground ftp server and he has not responded to Boris'
request for making it available on ftp.uni-kl.de.  I was making
sure that HeadHunter does not have such restrictions.
