i don't wish any PHYSICAL harm to Nathan, but his poor excuse for
posts are open season!  :)

here's what i did...  (remember, i use Forte's Agent to read
newsgroups....)

under "Message" on the menu bar, select "Filters" and then "Add Kill
Filter"...  (this may also be done with Ctrl-K)

make any modifications to the defaults.  (the default settings will do
nicely, though!)

Click on "OK"....

that's all there is to it!  the next time you go through the
newsgroups, the only posts by Nathan Mates that you'll read are the
ones that others have quoted....  :)   ahhhhh....  life is GOOD!  :)

like i said....  some people still quote from him, but that can't be
helped.  <shrug>
