     SQC published II Alive.

By late 1995 (maybe earlier), SQC was preparing to bail out of
Apple II support and decided to end II Alive publication. They continued
the magazine another year to meet subscription obligations. During the
last year, I'm pretty sure they refused all new subscriber orders and
all attempts at renewals.

If you purchased a multi-year subscription prior to the close off
and did not receive the issues contracted for, you might call SQC.
Perhaps they will send you some piece of A2 software remaining in their
stock as compensation.
