Vulcan Problem (AE Vulcan Hard Drive)

I have a 40 meg Vulcan that I purchaced second hand. Apparently the origional
owner write protected the drive somehow. I would appreciate any assisstance in
un-write-protecting it! If any-one out there knows how to do this, please
e-mail me.
