No speed difference despite the faster processor.
Rev. A is the initial ROM 00 unit, which can be upgraded to the ROM 01
with two chip swaps. Rev. D is a ROM 3 unit. ROM 3 has 1.125MB of
memory on the motherboard while ROM 00 and 01 have 256k on the
motherboard. Both units can support up to 8MB of memory with current
memory cards.
