Uploading a stack that would be controversal

A couple years ago I made a HyperCard stack to see how well I could make
an animation in Hypertalk like in the tour stack. Several people that I
have shown it to have said I should upload it to the 'net so others can
see it. However, I believe that doing so would be flagrant disregard of
the copyright laws.

This stack contains a Star Trek theme, pictures from Activision's clip
art disk that came with PaintWorks Plus, and sounds from various games,
programs, rSounds, and even sounds extracted from some of Dr. Tom's NTV
disks and other (regular Amegia) MOD files. All this stuff is used
without permission. The question is, should I upload it so others can
see it or not? I don't have a bibliography card (no pun intended), and
figuring out what came from what would take too long.

I would upload the file with no strings attatched, no copyright, or
anything else involving the legal system. I believe the term is public
domain. This stack is a farce of what happenes when the Enterprise-A
meets The Borg. I constructed it around a large rSound I got from
Software of the Month Club. It is also a non-interactive demo. I don't
want any legal problems, and I certainly don't want the kind of bad
reputation that HeadHunter brought. I am freely admitting flagrant
disregard of the copyright law. If this is a problem, I won't upload it.
