This one got airtime on national network news, so, with that kind of
exposure/profile, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a couple of
folks in the larger market who were willing to play in that ballpark.

I do agree that the price is pretty optimistic--but it's been a while
since I've seen one come up, so maybe...
