On the //c disk, I believe it was just called "Sonata" (though it's been
over 10 years since I've even seen that disk, so...).  It was originally
by Mozart.  I have a version on CD at home.  Oddly, I thought the //c
version sounded better..  probably just nostalgia..  ;)
 
If you really want Mozart's name for it, drop me an e-mail to remind me
