I seem to recall a 2-line Basic program in Nibble that used double
lo-res.  If I recall correctly, it was a breakout-type game.  Rather fun
actually...

BTW, if Lemonade Stand II is being cancelled due to piracy; I am also
going to halt production on the latest version of my "Hello, World"
program.  A real pity actually, since this version would have had a 1/4
second pause between each word printed on the screen.  But far too many
people have stolen my original code for the first version and
bastardized it with their names.  :3
