Please ID SCSI Card

Hi,

I'm using an Apple SCSI card in my IIGS.  How can I tell if it's a High-Speed
SCSI or Rev.B, Rev.C, or whatever?

Markings are:

Apple Computer  820-0153 A
         1990

Assembled in Singapore.  Also has following on top right side: 607 022 0 S
