If it is DOS 3.3 or Pascal, GS/OS needs a special FST for it. The DOS
3.3 and Pascal FSTs are not included on all systemdisks, because they
are left out from the standard installer script for 800K floppies.
You can copy them from the tools disk though.
(Now I start to wonder - does GS/OS include both the DOS 3.3 and Pascal
FSTs? Should check...)

Oh, and by the way, how did you (Dan) conclude that the disk was 64K?
Standard DOS 3.3 or ProDOS floppies are 140K. If it has some 64K
formatting, it does definitely NOT adhere to any standard.
