DHR character generator and example program uploaded to comp.binaries.apple2

Those of you who want to mix text and graphics in your BASIC programs might
want to check out the double Hi-Res character generator I recently posted to
comp.binaries.apple2. It's a fairly robust character I/O package that
duplicates the 80-column screen in double Hi-Res. It also includes support
for saving and loading complete double Hi-Res screens in both compressed and
uncompressed formats.

A sample program that uses the DHR character generator was also posted.
It's a practice test program for the Novice and Technician ham exams. The
appropriate figures (charts, electronic component symbols, block diagrams,
etc.) are displayed with the questions that need them. With some
modification, I suppose it could even be used in an exam setting for
automated testing and scoring.
