The ONLY reason that delphi and genie follow these rules is because they are a
corporation, with lot's to lose if some dudlee doright comes along and decides
to sue them. The legal costs alone for such a trial could cost more than entire
subscription holdings of A2 based users.
The bottom line. Dephi and Genie are playing it safe. They don't follow the
rules because of some "higher moral authority".
Get a clue.
