This is the UNIX version of FrameMaker, Version 5.5.  Thet do not
specifically mention Linux.  I leave this for your investigation.

Printer services will not deal with _conversion_ at all.  This was
extremely apparent to me from the context of the previous several threads. 
Service bureaus will accept directly usable files _only_.
