A 256k x 4 DRAM sounds like a good fit. Evidently, Ronald is
talking about a RamGS. According to a post by Mitch Spector, the RamGS
is a 4MB card which uses 32 256k x 4 DRAMs.
RamGS+ is 4MB expandable to 8MB. When you look at a picture of the
RamGS+ on Sequential's web page, you see 8 RAM IC's and 8 sockets.
According to Mitch, the RamGS+ uses 1MB x 4 DRAMs for expanding.
