Help mE!! EVERYONE!!

I found this file recently, and since I know that people on thsi
newsgroup know a lot about programs and code and that kind of
stuff, I am asking all of you to help me with something.

I found a file on an old hard drive, (IBM)  It had this file on
it that was named 2k, no extension or anything.  The date on the
file is very recent.  I opened it up and found this as the first
three lines

The file itself is over 350k in size, I need to know what kind of
file this is so I can find out what it is!!  Please help!  If you
need the whole file, I can send it to you.  I hate a mystery
unsolved.
