Thanks for staying on top of this.
Although I wrote MIDI Surgeon, I don't know that I have any rights to
the
program. Diz (from GS+ Magazine) paid me a nice price for it, and I'm
glad
he got something back. It would be great if Ross Falconer decides to
make
it available again.
