If I remember correctly (and I probably don't) - they were made by DySan. I
don't know if they exist anymore though. One cool thing was the warnings on
the back of the sleeve - don't use disks to prop up table legs... don't use
disks to wax your car etc. Reminds me of the time when people's personality
was present in computing rather then this corporate mumbo jumbo...
Anyway. if you are looking for a good brand of disk, I use Imation (formerly
3M) - they've always had good results. Another brand I used is Nashua - I
don;t know if they are still around though...
