Midi Interface?

I have a card that says it is a MIDI interface by Passport Designs, thought
I can't find any information on it anywhere.

It has three din-5's labeled IN, OUT and DRUM, and two RCA jacks marked IN
and OUT.

It also has ten chips on the board.

If anyone has information, or software, help would be appreciated.
If anymore information is required, let me know.
