The statement below is an attack made on me by someone who knows nothing at
all about me, yet who offers his false assumptions as facts, as a means of
dismissing the truth.

I have spent the last eighteen years as an engineer for a
telecommunications manufacturer.   I think I know something about
satisfying customers.
