The crease is going to present a problem, both for rotating the disk, and for the head getting a good read on the surface. I would recommend removing the disk from its jacket, and then placing the disk between two lint-free cloths. I would then place several heavy books on top of the cloths and disk, in order to press down on the disk and remove the crease.
