I can name one -- HoverBlade GS.

Try flying the hovercraft and shooting the obstacles at 15Mhz...
you can't...it is just not possible (well, if you swing wildly back
and forth, you might be able to shoot through a level or two as
your shields are slowly drained...but I wouldn't call that really
playing!)

I think you can play most games at accelerated speeds because
they calibrate to something in the GS independent of the speed.
Many pre-TWGS release games are unplayable...Tetris, for
example, plays as fast at the first level as at the last level on an
unaccelerated unit!

I don't see why BattleChess is unplayable...it just speeds up
the response from the computer opponent.
