I can see WHY the .sdk designation was thought up and why it
might be useful, but all I am saying is that this was not what the
author, Andy Nicholas, intended...
Also, no matter WHAT the change, it does not make calling an
".sdk" image an ".shk file" wrong. It can't be wrong. It is what
Andy Nicholas intended and what his programs call by default.
