Nice scan! (What scanner are you using?)
The IC's could fit a number of I/O applications; but, the presence
of a PROM seems to eliminate most of these. There is no ether-fold
modulator matrix (e.g. a 65z5500-EF, etc.) which pretty well eliminates
most 4-D sound applications.
My guess is that the board is a parallel printer interface. A
Centronics-compatible cable would plug into J1 and the PROM would have
routines for dumping hires pics, etc..
You could get a better idea of what the card does by plugging it
into a Slot and listing the PROM contents from the monitor.
