DSK files are normally maintained on ftp sites in a compressed form
and will have a name like "narf.dsk.gz". To obtain the genuine narf.dsk
file, you must decompress narf.dsk.gz using WinZIP on your PC.
I do not recall coming across any .DO files or definitions for this
filename extension. "DO" may mean "Disk Object". If the ".DO" file is
less than 143360 bytes in length, it may be that ".DO" is someone's name
for a compressed DSK file. Try using WinZIP to decompress the file.
If the ".DO" file is 143360 bytes long, try changing the ".DO" in
the filename to ".DSK".
If none of the above works and there is no further info from
anyone, you could supply some info about the file-- such as complete
filename, size of the file in bytes, ftp site and folder where the file
is located.
