Does your news reader software not have the ability to send e-mail?

With my news reader, I just hit 'R' instead of 'F' to send the
response in e-mail as opposed to adding it to the thread here in the
newsgroup.  I can also add an e-mail address when I'm doing an 'F'
response so that it gets sent as both an e-mail and as a news post.

This isn't a flame, it is just that I don't see this as being a
problem.  It is in the users best interest to keep reading after
posting a question but if they can't and someone sends them the answer
in e-mail, more power to them.
