Thanks, it took me a while to point my newsreader back to this group,
but I got a chuckle out of your response. The IIGS is working fine,
we're downloading everything on the net, and having a great time of
it. I know what your early experiences were like, I had a C64 with
tape drive in '83 and remember it taking maybe 10 minutes to load a
game. Can you believe games like Pac Man were available on tape back
then.
Speaking of kids, while my back was turned, my 2.5 year old suceeded
in booting the thing, dragging the system folder into another folder,
shutting it down, and rebooting it to a "Can't find GSOS.start", or
something like that. Only took about an hour to cure that one. But, I
gotta give her credit. At 18, she'll be hacking with the best of them.
