I paid like $5 for mine at a swapmeet.  :)

 SC(| I know that some ADB keyboards don't work properly with the
    | GS, but every ADB mouse I have seen works with the GS.

My mouse of choice:  MicroSpeed MacTRAC 2.0 trackball.  It's got two
buttons -- left single-clicks, right double-clicks (yeah!!).  All the
other pointers I have laying around are admittedly Apple brand, which I
find at thrift stores for under $3.  Looking for others cheap, for the
halibut, and have not encountered any Mac ADB stuff that didn't work on
my GS as yet (have not tried any offbrand keyboards yet).
