   Use GS-Shrinkit (GSHK) to unpack GS files. The location of GSHK 1.1
is noted in section 5.12 of the official csa2 FAQ at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html plus notes on how to
download and unpack it successfully.
