There are going to be a lot of "NO" answers, but technically, the correct
answer is "YES"...
There is a device called the AverKey that converts VGA signals to
TV-RGB (the same 15khz RGB that the GS monitor uses), S-video,
and composite NTSC. AverKey makes several units and at least
one of the models I've seen will take any VGA signal (such as from
a Mac with the right cable) and turn it into a signal the IIgs RGB
monitor can use.
The AverKey costs around $100, so it might not be worth it...unless
you intend to use the converter to do other tasks as well...
