You can skip the disk/modem shuffle by setting up a simple network between the
MAC and IIgs. IIgs has built-in Appletalk port, as will most recent Macs. I'd
use a couple of Phone-net style connectors and a length of 4-conductor phone
cord. I did this some years ago between my IIgs and IIsi with few problems.
