   These disks remain copyrighted by Apple, and are freely available
on their ftp site, plus several companies are licensed to make
copies. For info on all approaches, please read the official csa2 FAQ
at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html section 7.2 Other
sections may help in other areas with your GS.
