: Law, especially long-established law, is generally set up to be
: reasonable. One of the most important features of a law is that it be
: enforceable. Obviously, there is no way for the relatively small number

I have been trying to follow this thread, but it goes all over the palce
and flames.
I own the rights to GBBS/LLUCE and still will support it, though I have
yet to sell even one copy of the program since I bought it.
Should I catch someone using, give or anything like that I will take
action and really make them regret them doing so.
I don't have access to the site, sine I don't have nor want a web brouser.
But should one of my programs or any varation of it be on that or any
other site or BBS not authorized by me I will take action against the site
as well as it IP.
