I figured I'd check in, even though I don't normally read c.s.a2, and sure
'nuff there's some problems :)

Here are the direct URLs:

I have no idea how the server's MIME map is set up, so you may need to 
force a direct download (press D with the URL highlighted in Lynx,
shift-click in Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Opera).

If anyone's been holding off on uploading to ground or caltech (if they
still exist?), please feel free.  Like the instructions say, feel free to
upload these exact archives anyplace you want - just don't modify them.
