I just did some reading and it looks like the TransWarp will accelerate up
to two additional RAM banks beyond the AUX RAM. Or maybe I'm interpreting
that incorrectly and it's two banks including AUX RAM, and then main RAM. 

So the kernel and and a user process or two would run quickly, but any other
processes would be limited to 1.023 Mhz.
