Run CP/M and CP/M programs. CP/M was the OS that MS-DOG is based
on, and in my opinion, manages to stink more than at least later
versions of MS-DOG. [File copy command is 'PIP', and many other highly
"intuitive" crud.] The famous CP/M programs are mostly limited to a
few old 'classics' like WordStar and some old Turbo Pascal and the
like-- Appleworks makes Wordstar look like a joke, and most other
stuff.
CP/M got run over by MS-DOG, Apple IIs, Macs, Commiedore 64s, and
just about everything else, so the amount of new stuff for that OS has
really not been that great in the past decade or more.
