So the question now is... who's job is it to track down the original copyright
holders and let them know?

The only thing I've seen going on in this thread  is everyone crying "show me,
show me!!".  If someone is that adament about protecting someone else's works,
then they get off their butt and track down the copyright holders themselves
instead of lobbing pirate labels around.

know)??  I'm curious as to what the the laws are now.
